Mental Health in the Workplace Study

Human Resource Professionals are invited to participate in a national study on Mental Health in the Workplace.

Encompass Training + Consulting has developed a web-based training program for early identification and remediation of mental health issues in the workplace. The purpose of this study is to engage HR professionals to measure the impact this training has on improving worker productivity and the subsequent financial benefit to their employers; a cross section of businesses and government agencies located in different regions of the country.

Participants will have free registration to view the recorded webinars of the Encompass Training Program. There are 4 webinars ranging in length from 60 to 90 min.

Each Participant will receive a copy of the study when it is released.

Terms of Participation:

* Participant must be employed as a Human Resource Professional in a company or government agency. 

* AstraZeneca will provide Participants free enrollment in the Encompass web-based training program "Encompass Mental Health in the Workplace Keeping Your Greatest Assets in Mind" ($250 value). Participants must commit to view all four webinars. Learn more about webinars. 

* Only one registration permitted per company or government agency.

* Participant will be required to complete 2 surveys during the course of the 3 month study.

* During the 3 month study participants will have an opportunity to participate in other activities in our eLearning Center such as roundtable discussions, forums, blogs and communicate with other participants in a chatroom. (Participation is not mandatory)

* Participant will qualify for 7 CEUs from the Human Resource Certification institute provided they complete the four webinar training program and submit the two surveys. (CEU certificate of completion issued after second survey is submitted)
